Mr. Viraj Devasthale leads Hemetek and Hemshell team. A degree holder in Engineering from University of Poona and Post Graduate Management Degree holder from world reputed Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mr. Devasthale has a rich experience of 20 years in dealing with capital instruments.
Starting his career with Larsen and Toubro , Mr. Devasthale worked with small and medium size companies for five years before venturing into full-fledged business.
Over last fifteen years, Mr. Devasthale has worked hard to create a strong infrastructure to ensure returns of the investments made by the esteemed customers. Following are the facets:

- ISO17025 accredited water vapor and oxygen permeation testing laboratory with additional facilities of physical testing, leak/burst and head space analysis, thermal conductivity measurement
- Launching a joint venture permeation lab with world leader Mocon, USA
- Establishing customer support and training centre for Lloyds and Mocon
