Support Contract is a cost-effective way to protect your instrument investment. You have peace of mind knowing that any problems that occur will be corrected rapidly and without further cost. Instrument training is available as part of select contracts, insuring that operators have access to our growing array of training products. These agreements have the following features and benefits:

 

  • Three contract levels (Premium, Basic and Priority) to fit every budget and need.
  • Premium contracts include unlimited service visits, parts, free training and a 10% discount on consumable purchases.
  • Cost effective Basic contracts provide Preventive maintenance visit, emergency service and parts at a lower price.
  • Priority service means your problems are solved quickly.

 

Demand service is available if you elect not to cover your instrument with a Support Contract. The service provided in either case is rapid and of equal quality.

 

 

 

 

Work Shop

Hemetek maintains a large staff of in-house Service Specialists trained in all aspects of instrument repair. The features and benefits of the Service Shop includes the following:

 

 

  • Instruments may be returned to the Service Shop for repair to save travel cost, for more extensive repairs, or for upgrades not available in the field.
  • The Service Shop is staffed by professionally trained, expert Service Specialists who are uniquely qualified to repair any of our instruments.
  • Only quality parts are used.
  • Once a problem is corrected, the Service Specialist will verify system operation.
